MainFirst Affiliated Fund Managers S.A. is a société anonyme (public limited company) incorporated under Luxembourg law and headquartered in Luxembourg. It was founded on 12 March 2013 and is registered in the Luxembourg Trade and companies Register (Registre de Commerce) under number Luxembourg B 176025. It is authorised as a management company pursuant to Chapter 15 of the Law of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment and as an alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Law of 12 July 2013 and particularly authorized to the management of portfolios of investments and the reception and transmission of orders within the meaning of Art. 5 (4) of the law of 12 July 2013. The company is subject to the supervision of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), 110, route d’Arlon, L-2991 Luxembourg.
